I’m pleased to say it holds up just fine, without makeup settling into fine lines, caking, or otherwise disintegrating throughout the day. I don’t wear makeup often, but I’ve brought it out a number of days to see how Liquid Gold plays under makeup. I’m (gleefully) looking down the barrel at 15+ steps in my PM routine, so anywhere I don’t have to wait for dry time, I’m a happy camper. One of the things I love about this product is how quickly it dries down. However, my paleness makes Casper the ghost look like a tanning bed addict, so I imagine on most other skin tones it wouldn’t be visible at all. The AB side bar has an excellent list of blogs, one of which I fell way down deep into is The Acid Queen. Support an up-and-coming indie shop and repair your moisture barrier, all without breaking your wallet.īackground: I recently upped my skincare game considerably through the infinite wisdom and patience of r/SkincareAddiction and r/AsianBeauty. TL DR: If your moisture barrier is damaged, this stuff will seriously change your life. Liquid Gold Review, or: How I learned overexfoliation is a bad thing
